Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, products must be:

• Unused and in their original condition.
• Returned with all original packaging, tags, and included accessories.
• Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of use.

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, products that have been used to store cosmetics, toiletries, personal care items, or other personal belongings are not eligible for return.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Requesting a Return

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your item.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at heybeautiful@ettellon.com.

We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

At this time, ettellon does not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, simply return your eligible purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Final Sale Items

Gift cards and any items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
